Celebrating the Winter Solstice and Silence

Happy Holidays 2020!

I so enjoy the Winter Solstice, with brief days, and long nights. The dark and the cold naturally turn us inwards, a respite from our speedy world, and a time to focus on that within ourselves that is changeless and unbounded.

This morning I saw an article in Scientific American, titled, “What Would Happen If Everyone Truly Believed Everything Is One?” 🙂 Just posing the question in a popular scientific journal I find extraordinary and encouraging. This is the long-term result of both opening up the entire swath of human consciousness, and finding ways to share the knowledge that it brings.

This is such an exciting time, as humanity everywhere is responding to this greater ability, the power to manifest so much more, breaking out of the dullness of waking state, into a more cosmic consciousness.

With the ratio of our actions per unit of time ever increasing, the only viable and sustainable course is for each of us to be well established within the flow of cosmic life. This way, we are prepared for whatever comes our way, particularly during this time of rapid karmic resolution.

What a gift of this time of redemption, a time when huge swaths of ignorance and suffering can be washed downstream, replaced by intelligent, compassionate and elegant solutions – instead of clomping around with guns and fear, we can be led with grace through a cosmic life. This is a life full of opportunity and success, Totality, Brahman, refinement, allowing the highest values we all respond to, the divine values, to manifest in everything.

Once we find ourselves established in cosmic life, then even profound rapid changes in our world are easily integrated and moved towards completion. We always remain safe, no matter what. Elements beyond our control are handled instead by those who are pleased with our success, and we needn’t worry about outcomes too large or too complex for our direct involvement.

This is because waking state materialistic life is a subset of cosmic life. If we have seen through direct experience that we are unlimited in our abilities, this removes so much need and anxiety from the equation. If we have seen through [long-term] direct experience that the realms and Beings of divinity are real, this allows us to realize our deepest dreams, not by chasing them, but by aligning ourselves profoundly with divinity and focusing on such relationships for our fulfillment.

Cosmic life and awareness always wins out, so the way to figure out earth life is to gain a higher vantage point, a way to live here, and always make progress. By culturing that vast space within, equal to the furthest spaces we can imagine, we gain such a perspective of human life, and continue always to naturally align it with cosmic life.

So winter is here, blanketing the environment with silence, and we naturally go along, deep within, in an attitude of acceptance, harmony, and giving. Happy Holidays to All! 🙂

it shows up in the pictures...I am a US citizen (born in California), though spent my childhood through high school living primarily in SE Asia, giving me a deep view of both East and West. I began TM at 21 and the TM-Sidhis at 26. I was visited by Guru Dev at 39. The rest is history. :-)
