I haven’t really been off the property in weeks, so I really wanted to go into the “big city” down the hill (Chico, population 100,000) and get a take-out breakfast. It is a ten mile drive, and along the way is an overlook for Butte Creek Canyon. Not in any hurry today, I stopped and took some pictures. Also visible from there are the Sutter Buttes (last photo) considered the sacred site for the area by the original inhabitants. Enjoy!
